We’ve made several improvements to the GCC form to capture clearer, more actionable information upfront:
Expanded GBP Status Options
New selections for “Suspended with access” and “Suspended without access” now feed directly into the corresponding GBP Standing ticket statuses. This provides better visibility into the exact state of a client’s Google Business Profile.
Additional GBP Notes Field
A new “Additional GBP Notes” section allows teams to capture context that isn’t covered by standard form questions, helping reduce back-and-forth and ensuring smoother handoffs.

Geo Page Content Improvements:
Geo page content notes now include the GPID and a written-out CSV link, making it easier for SMEs to access the exact information they need.
Plain Text Logic for No-Collection Nova Sites:
When a Nova site has no collections, content now generates in plain text instead of CSV. This includes a new button on the TSI Support Form and corresponding Workato logic, ensuring SMEs receive content in the most usable format.
GCC Content Logic for Page Migrations:
When pages are being migrated, GCC content now generates in plain text, since migrated content cannot be added to collections. This ensures SMEs receive content that can be applied immediately without rework.

Closed Ticket Reply Flow OverhaulView Details Closed Ticket Reply Flow Overhaul
We’ve completely revamped the workflow for when a client responds to a closed ticket. The new logic intelligently reassigns the ticket if the original agent is unavailable, routing it to the next available agent. This is especially helpful for CSLs and helps prevent stalled responses or missed follow-ups.
